JHLearn ("we", "us") is operated by JH SOFT TECH. This policy explains what data is collected when you use jhlearn.com and how it is used.

1. Tool Data Stays in Your Browser

All tools on JHLearn (Word Count, Base64, JSON Formatter, etc.) run entirely client-side. Text, files or values you enter into a tool are processed on your device and are never sent to, or stored on, our servers.

2. No Accounts, No Personal Data Collection

JHLearn does not require sign-up or login. We do not collect names, emails or personal identifiers, except when you voluntarily submit them through our Contact form, which is processed by our form provider, Formspree, solely to respond to your message.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage (e.g. which pages are popular) so we can improve JHLearn. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect your IP address and device information as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising

JHLearn may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

5. Third-Party Content

Some educational pages embed PhET Interactive Simulations (CC BY 4.0, University of Colorado Boulder) via iframe. These simulations run on PhET's own domain and are subject to their own privacy practices.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
